This is what pizza is supposed to taste like. We got the spinach artichoke dip with garlic knots, it was creamy and flavorful. I honestly was not excited when my husband insisted on the Burnt Ends Pizza (brisket, bbq sauce, green chilies, banana peppers), just because I never really enjoy bbq pizza, BUT THIS ONE WAS GOOD!! It was so delicious, our taste buds were in heaven, All the toppings together just made sense. Service was friendly and prompt. Atmosphere was fun, they provided our toddler with a booster, crayons, and a coloring page. Great place where anyone can feel welcome.

One of my most favorite places for pizza! Always visit when in town. Definitely the best in Pagosa. Friendly staff, great drinks, and excellent vibe. They also make one heck of a wedge salad!

A staple of all our Pagosa visits, this is a tried-and-true family favorite. Their pizzas are baked to perfection; their stuffed garlic knots and apple pie knots are dangerously addictive; and their staff have a chill, friendly vibe. Every time we visit Pagosa Springs (2-3x a year), we come here first for a mouth-watering meal. They make better pizza than Santa Fe's pizza places. Both dog and kid-friendly. This is such a popular spot that they had to expand their space a few years ago.

We had such a great time at Rosie’s! We had a group of 16 (including kids) and they had no problem serving us! We loved the pizzas, hot subs, and salads- The beer on tap was delicious for the adults and the kids had awesome hot chocolate in cute mugs with swirly straws! Very family friendly - highly recommend!

Although we had to wait a bit for a table (it was peak time so this was expected), we were seated quickly after obtaining drinks from the bar. Everyone from the barkeep to the check-in person at the counter was genuinely friendly and eager to help us have a good time. The pizza and calzone were both very tasty. The beer selection was also good.

We were a mixed group of 13 adults and children and decided to pop into Rosie's on a sunny Saturday afternoon. The tantalizing smells emanating from the kitchen were the first hint that we were in the right place. We were fortunate to arrive during the lull between lunch and early supper and were immediately seated at a long table that gave us excellent views of the multiple flat screen TVs, playing basketball, football and the news. Two staff members came over to take our drink order and to help us situate the five children that were with us. As you can see from the photos, Rosie's has a nice variety of pizza toppings, pretzel knots, sweet or savory wings, sandwiches, and every kid's favorite, mac and cheese. The full bar includes unique Colorado beers, wine, and different types of liqueurs. As I wandered around, taking pictures, I noticed that the restaurant was quite clean and well organized. They seem to be well staffed with the manager multitasking by bringing out food, filling water glasses and ensuring that everyone was taken care of. Our food came out at different times which created a bit of rain ama for the kids because their food came out nearly last. I was the only one at our table who ordered a sandwich and it came out at the very end and unfortunately was a bit cold. However, the pesto sauce and the nicely toasted, crusty bread were simply fabulous! The chicken was well-seasoned and tender with a side salad of fresh greens. Most of our group ordered pizzas which arrived with plenty of cheese, toppings, and served piping hot. By the end of our meal, we were comfortably stuffed, but chose to indulge in the homemade chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream which we devoured with absolutely no regrets! I highly recommend Rosie's whether you are with a group of friends, going on a first date, or just want to sit at the bar and watch the big game. Our family will definitely eat here again the next time we are in Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

We went in and placed a to-go order. While I waited for the pizza to get done, I ordered a beer at the bar. The NY style pizzas were great! The beer was cold, and very good. The hostess and bartender were friendly and helpful. Definitely a good place to visit!
